Most all of my life, I have tried to lose weight and get healthy. I've tried almost all "diets" imaginable! I had settled (unhappily) on the idea of just looking "fluffy". I longed to find a plan that was fast and easy. It had to be the last one I would try. Jan, TSFL Health Coach, presented the 5 & 1 plan. I wanted to begin that day! I lost an unbelievable 42 lbs. I was a person who could never lose weight easily! Within a week, there was increased energy. My husband Robert joined in losing 65 lbs! Our "retirement" years have increased. We have a new joy!
